At Ratio Coffee Machines, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brewing experience. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return your machine within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your Ratio machine in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, to ensure it is protected during transit.
Ship to Our Facility
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
